Original Hoof Dressing
Kevin Bacon's Hoof Dressing is made from 100% natural ingredients and is ideal for year round application. It will help to protect hooves from becoming totally saturated in wet conditions and will apply moisture in dry conditions, promoting a more consistent hoof moisture content - in turn helping to prevent splits and cracks. Its barrier protection helps keep the hoof free from bacteria which in turn promotes healthy horn growth. Alongside regular farrier appointments, good basic daily foot care and maintenance to promote a strong hoof capsule will help to ensure your horse remains sound and comfortable in his work.
Application: Apply to clean, dry hooves over the hoof wall, the sole, frog and the heels daily. 'Stipple' into old nail holes, splits and cracks.
Available in 1 litre and 2.5 litre pots. Also available with 10% vegetable tar.
Kevin Bacon's Hoof Dressing should be stored with the lid on, in a cool, dry environment.

Kevin Bacon’s Hoof Dressing is also available as a liquid. Containing the same formula providing all of the usual benefits, Hoof Dressing Liquid is easy to apply and comes in a tin complete with application brush – ideal for travel and keeping the tack box clean!

Application: Apply to clean, dry hooves. Brush onto hoof wall, sole and frog daily. 'Stipple' into old nail holes, splits and cracks.
Kevin Bacon’s Hoof Solution provides an intense antibacterial and fungicidal formula with antiseptic properties.
Hoof Solution is formulated from natural products and is supplied with a brush inside the container for easy, mess-free application.
Application: Wear latex gloves. 'Stipple' solution into the clefts of the frog, old nail holes, any splits and cracks and areas of concern.
Apply daily for first week and once a week thereafter.
Kevin Bacon's Hoof Formula is a highly digestible, nutritional supplement scientifically formulated to assist the growth and quality of the horses' hoof. It has been formulated and tested by the Dept. of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Liège . It is one of the most concentrated supplements on the market with high levels of Biotin (500mg/kg) and Vitamin A (975,000 IU/kg).
This sulphur enriched formula contains 37% crude proteins that are particularly rich in essential amino acids, with high levels of methionine (42gm/kg) and cystine (42gm/kg). Formulated for skin irritations Kevin Bacon’s Active Soap can sooth itchy manes, tails & skin. This all-natural product contains many super strength essential oils such as sapronic palm, olive, coconut and canola oil. The soap can be successful in preventing fly and parasitic irritation and can be used as a fly repellant.
Application: Apply daily for 1 week, once a week thereafter.
Wet the area thoroughly with warm water.
Apply soap with the foam pad and allow to impregnate for 10 – 15 minutes.
